I currently serve as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer leading all product development efforts for Within3. In this position I am currently responsible for product strategy, product positioning, technology strategy, applications architecture, quality assurance, and operations.
Prior to joining Within3, I served as a Enterprise Product Architect in the insurance industry where I managed several large scale platforms in architectural design, technology strategy, performance, development patterns and quality assurance. During that time I spear headed several initiatives to increase product speed to market by moving core service to a Service Oriented Architecture, Distributed Computing Architectures, and automation through advanced data mining.
Additionally I actively participates in several Healthcare and technology focused government, academic, and industry groups to promote the “open web”. These include but are not limited to the Dataportability Healthcare Taskforce (chair), OpenSocial Foundation, OpenStack Foundation, and the Health 2.0 accelerator.
